Bringing a medicine into a new market is never only a commercial exercise, and it is never only a regulatory one. It needs both, working together.

Our model, in brief

We in-license innovative originator products from the companies that develop them, obtain the marketing authorisations and registrations required in each territory, and market and promote the products, delivering them to patients through trusted local distributors.

Our focus is firmly on innovative, branded medicines across specialty and hospital therapeutic areas, where the impact of access to innovation is greatest: pain management, anti-infectives, oncology, haematology, critical care.

We are based in Dublin, Ireland, and we operate across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe, through established local distributor partners. Operating from Ireland places us inside one of the world's most established pharmaceutical regulatory environments, and gives our partners the assurance that comes with European standards of oversight.

04

Expertise across the full product journey

Our team is drawn from the disciplines that an in-licensing business depends on. Each function is represented in-house rather than outsourced.

01

In-licensing

Identifying and securing rights to innovative, branded originator products from the companies that develop them, and negotiating the agreements that bring them into our markets.

02

Regulatory affairs

Preparing and submitting dossiers, managing product registration with national health authorities, and maintaining compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

03

Marketing and promotion

Building awareness among healthcare professionals and working with local partners to make products available where they are needed.

04

Supply chain

Managing authenticated supply from originator to market, protecting product integrity, cold chain where required, and continuity of availability.

05

From licence to point of care

Every product we bring to market follows the same stages.

  1. 01

    Identify

We assess unmet need in our markets and identify assets that answer it: innovative, branded products with proven clinical value and an originator able to supply consistently.

  2. 02

    License

We negotiate and structure the licensing agreement, agreeing territory, terms and commercial model with the originator.

  3. 03

    Register

Our regulatory team compiles the dossier and manages submission and approval with the relevant national health authority in each target market.

  4. 04

    Supply

We manage importation and distribution through trusted local partners, keeping the chain of custody authenticated from originator to point of care.

Why authenticity is the whole point

A medicine that is not what it claims to be does not simply fail to help.

Substandard and falsified medicines are a serious and well-documented problem in many parts of the world. A medicine that is not what it claims to be delays effective treatment, erodes trust in healthcare, and in the case of anti-infectives contributes directly to antimicrobial resistance.

This is why our commitment is to authentic, innovative medicines, and why we treat supply chain integrity as a core function rather than a logistics afterthought. We in-license from originators we have assessed, we register products properly with the relevant authorities, and we maintain an authenticated chain of custody through to distribution.

In specialty and hospital care, where our portfolio is concentrated, that assurance is not optional. It is the reason an originator entrusts us with a brand, and the reason a distributor can represent it with confidence.
